At RE:CORE BODY, we help you live a happy, physical life.

Private sessions at Re:core are tailored to help you build strength and achieve your training goals.

Juliana has a deep understanding of the whole body and the mechanics involved to achieve optimal movements. These skills enable her to design and fine tune programs for beginners to advanced movement professionals, those recovering from injuries, pregnant women and those with chronic pain.

The emphasis is always on on strength, mobility, balance and alignment.

We use a wide variety of  equipment to teach you about your body.

At RE:CORE BODY, let us help you create a strong and sustainable pelvic floor to allow you to live a happy, physical life.

The pelvic floor is a critical set of muscles for EVERY body. Without sufficient strength in the pelvic floor, you will end up with back pain, neck pain, injuries, poor orgasms and if you are a woman, add incontinence, child birth issues and more to the list of problems.

The pelvic floor are a group of muscles that work together to support your organs; they form a sling that holds the bladder, reproductive organs and bowel. Although the pelvic floor is hidden from view, it can be consciously controlled and therefore trained, much like any other muscle.

Having a low pelvic floor tone often gives rise to pain in the lower back, pelvic region and also is often an underlying condition pertaining to many postural problems.

This relatively unknown group of muscles are critical for men and women for digestion and sexual function. For women, they provide support during pregnancy and childbirth and also contribute to sexual sensation and arousal. For men, the pelvic floor is also important for erectile function and ejaculation.

Private sessions at RE: CORE BODY are focused on increasing your pelvic floor tone and improving the efficiency of movement. Juliana has a deep understanding of the whole body and the mechanics involved to achieve optimal movement. She will take you through a bespoke and tailored session to help you build strength and achieve your training goals.

Re: core is constantly developing workshops to provide people with more extended understanding of the body. Currently, we have three workshops available.
