Then immerse in a restorative sound bath, inducing harmony and coherence within your nervous system, immune system and energy centres.

If you are seeking deep relaxation, healing or meditation, looking to shift something deep within, step into a new space, or are simply feeling overwhelmed in the currents and needing support, this sacred healing session is for you.

Mats are provided however you may like to bring your own to lay on top for extra cushioning.

You may also like to bring a blanket, eye pillow, bolster, cushion for your head and warm socks for your comfort.

The door will be open from 6.45pm so you have time get settled before the sessions begins at 7pm.

Tea and a nourishing bite to eat will be provided afterwards.

We look forward to welcoming you into healing ceremony.

Please note that a powerful solar eclipse will take place earlier in the day, signifying new beginnings and the potential for change, growth and transformation.

An eclipse exposes what is hidden, and may reveal what has been a great mystery, allowing us to embrace any necessary changes that arise.
It is a potent time to go inwards to meditate, release what no longer serves us and align with our destiny and the eternal universal wisdom that is our true essence.
We look forward to welcoming you into the circle in this beautiful healing experience.
