Juliana has a deep understanding of the whole body and the mechanics involved to achieve optimal movements. These skills enable her to design and fine-tune programs for beginners to advanced movement professionals, those recovering from injuries, pregnant women and those with chronic pain.

The emphasis is always on strength, mobility, balance and alignment.  We use a wide variety of equipment to teach you about your body. 

Pilates Reformers:

Surf set:  

This is a custom-made surfboard engineered to allow you to perform a wide array of traditional exercises on an unstable surface – just like a surfboard on water 

The Board allows you to build aerobic conditioning, burn fat, build lean muscle, power, agility, stability & tone in addition to core & balance training. 

OOV: 

The Oov creates a 3D environment, allowing the body to move in 3 Planes.
Lying on the Oov elongates the spine and raises the pelvis requiring you to control the pelvis in all 3 planes. The design and material of the Oov work together to create a device where you have to find balance, use your core to control your trunk, and learn how to move one part of your body without moving another.

RIP60: SUSPENDED ROTATION

Suspended rotation forces your body to stabilize and balance causing you to engage more muscle and your core with every move.

CoreSticks: 

Core Stix is a unique free-form system that allows you to exercise in an upright position. The system uses fibreglass sticks to train the body to engage your core muscles and build strength for the functional movements that life demands.
