Daniela is an experienced yoga teacher with 8 years of experience, originally from Venezuela and currently residing in Australia since 2013. She has a strong background in Applied Science and Medical research, and has always had a deep passion for science, human anatomy, and physiology.
In 2015, Daniela completed her 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, which was just the beginning of her journey. Since then, she has continued her education by completing additional training in Yin Yoga, Breath-centred Yoga, and Yoga Biomechanics.
Daniela’s practice and teaching approach are heavily influenced by current research in yoga and biomechanics. She believes in using science as a tool to help people move better and benefit from movement based on their personal aspirations and level of fitness.
As a teacher, Daniela brings a wealth of knowledge to her classes, guiding her students with intelligent sequencing, alignment cues, and modifications to ensure safety and effective movement patterns.
She is passionate about helping her students deepen their practice, improve their overall
health and wellness, and find joy in movement and mindfulness.
